How long do meals last?

All meals are freshly prepared and should be kept refrigerated below 5°C. We recommend enjoying meals within 3 days of collection for the best freshness and quality.


How do collections work?

Simply place your order online, choose your preferred collection date and time slot at checkout, and collect your order during your selected collection window.


Can meals be reheated?

Yes, most of our meals are designed to be easy to reheat and enjoy at your convenience. Reheating instructions are included on all meal labels. Some meals, such as our Mediterranean Pasta Salad, are best served chilled.


Do you cater for allergies?

All allergen information is clearly listed on each product page and label. While every care is taken during preparation, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, milk, egg, soy, mustard, and nuts.


When do orders close?

Orders typically close 24–48 hours before each collection day to allow us time to prepare everything fresh. Collection availability may vary depending on demand.


Can I freeze meals?

Some meals may be suitable for freezing, however we recommend enjoying them fresh for the best flavour and texture. If freezing is suitable, we recommend freezing on the day of collection.


Are meals made fresh?

Yes, all meals and sweet treats are freshly prepared in small batches using quality ingredients to ensure freshness, flavour, and consistency.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments at checkout.
