Allergen Information

Ingredients: Gluten-free OAT flour, buckwheat flour, warm water, tapioca starch, EGGS, olive oil, psyllium husk, instant yeast, ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds (if added), apple cider vinegar, salt, honey.
Note: Buckwheat is not related to wheat and is not one of the 14 UK allergens, despite its name.
